Exquisite nail salon! This salon was outside my normal stomping ground and I had to drive about 15 minutes to get to it, but it was well worth the extra driving time. I went to this salon due to its high ratings and it didn't disappoint. As I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by a man with a big smile on his face and he asked how he could help me. I had such a great experience! David did my manicure, and Chloe did my pedicure, both were amazing. They were attentive, detail-oriented, and made sure everything turned out exactly how I wanted. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. This is only my second time here but I am definitely coming back! Erica does an amazing job on my nails it’s hard to find someone who can do good designs. I love it here and the staff are all so friendly!
Looked at reviews and decided to book with Helen. I was not disappointed. I haven’t had my nails done in a very long time and so she gave me a few options. I went with the hybrid poly nails and they feel so much lighter than acrylic. She made sure to get the almond shape perfect. She made sure what we were doing design wise and she took her time when doing the design. She even would make sure if she didn’t like it she’d wipe and start over. I look forward to coming back to her in a few weeks!
I had to break up with my old nail salon and tried Palace Nail Lounge after researching who had the best reviews and believe me they have earned them! The salon is gorgeous, I was immediately greeted and taken back for my appointment and Renee listened to my complaints and delivered exactly what I was hoping for! She was fast, friendly, and a true artist! I will be scheduling with her again using their easy online scheduler. Highly recommend if you are looking for a salon that truly delivers on gorgeous nails.
