Exquisite nail salon! This salon was outside my normal stomping ground and I had to drive about 15 minutes to get to it, but it was well worth the extra driving time. I went to this salon due to its high ratings and it didn't disappoint. As I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by a man with a big smile on his face and he asked how he could help me. I hope I'm not shooting myself in the foot by making this review because I want to be able to book an appointment in the future but I'm obsessed with this place. Fantastic artists... truly experts of their craft. I admire everyone's work as I pass but Helen hand drew the cutest bee for me going into Spring and Jenny is an expert with color theory and 3d designs. Don't get me started on their delicious mimosas, smoothies, and coffees. Actually never mind...I hope you hate it. All mine. Buahaha.
Boy was I glad to find Palace Nail Lounge! While visiting Mesa I Googled a place to get a pedicure. I’ve been to many nail salons and this one was THE Best!! I showed up for my appointment - which was the first of the day - SOON the place was Buzzing with activity. So many regulars and groups of gals came in just after me. This is my 2nd time here and Jenny has done my nails both times she is amazing ! She did my birthday set and I loved them and this 2nd set is gorgeous! Jenny is a vibe and we have great conversations book with Jenny ! ✨💅
I had such a great experience! David did my manicure, and Chloe did my pedicure, both were amazing. They were attentive, detail-oriented, and made sure everything turned out exactly how I wanted. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.
