I made an appointment for 8:00 tonight. I received a call around 7:20 asking if I could change my appointment to 8:30. It didn't fit my schedule so I declined. There was no problem when I made the appointment. This either a case of inadequate scheduling or a walk-in came in and they decided to push my appointment by 30 minutes. I suspect the latter.
