We had our 2nd appt with Luis Ferreira for our condominium lobby He was very precise and meticulous and noticed details that we had overlooked while ordering the curtains He was very amicable and professional He showed us the samples and used the tablet for us to see the finished product in other clients homes I worked twice before with the company. Looking forward to my third thank you!

The installer couldn’t install the zebra shade . My contractor was on the premises and he helped him. Unfortunately, the installer didn’t take his advice and the shade was put up crooked and the installer siliconed the valance to my expensive stretch ceiling which covered my cove lighting. The manager was rude and I was ignored even though I sent in photos of the terrible installation. Absolutely am unprofessional business. DONOT pay them in full as I did ! My honest opinion, I would give this a 5 on prices, 5 on Costumer service in the Beginning. Free consultation when they come over and show you everything, all is great and I do love the windows. 5 on The Delivery, it only took 10 days. then made an appointment for the installation. All was well but one of the caulking glue cracked, i’m very particular so I want the glue to be very smooth and filled completely.. look my photos of the corners and the crack.
