Very happy with the service and product I received. They were quick to offer an in-house estimate and to install. Adrian was very professional and did an exceptional job installing the blackout blinds.
Excellent service. All staff involved, from the first person measuring the area, the contact at the office, and the installer were highly professional. Very glad I contacted them to replace the 2 blackouts at the unit.
Outstanding, professional, quality, reasonable and trusting blind company hands down! ¡NO CONTRATE A ESTA EMPRESA! Desde el principio, una instalación sencilla resultó ser un desastre. Las medidas de las persianas verticales se tomaron mal y la instalación no se realizó correctamente. Palace Blinds tuvo que regresar en dos ocasiones más para intentar solucionar los problemas; sin embargo, las persianas seguían presentando huecos evidentes y parecían mal ajustadas.
