I contacted palace interior for 2 windows in my kitchen and one in my room. The technician come over to install the shades.. he didn’t have the knowledge nor the right supplies to install the shades leaving the windows with wholes and stated someone else will return to install the shades..was a disaster.. one week later they sent another person again with the wrong frames for the windows and they were not able to install the shades.. what a bad experience with this company. Very disappointed
