When i say excellent i mean it in every sense of the word Excellent whether its attention to details of what projects you’re asking to have done whether it’s installation whether it’s communication or timeliness they are a five star company i had not one problem when it came to completing my project 👌🏿
First they said it will be done 7-10 business days Then after I paid deposit changed it to 2-3 weeks production After I found another company because I couldn’t wait any longer and told them to cancel the order they change the timing back to 7-10 business day but was too late I had it installed already Didn’t return my deposit
I purchased “blackout” blinds from Palace Interiors in Miami, but unfortunately they are not blackout at all. As you can see from the photos, significant light comes through the sides and edges of the blinds, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for blackout window coverings. In addition to the product not performing as advertised, the installation process was extremely frustrating. The entire experience with the this company was easy and professional. Jorge was an excellent sales person whose measurements were right on. The sheer volume of blind choices was terrific. Even after getting 2 other quotes, Jorge and Palace beat them all. When the blinds came in, they sent Henry to install them. Again, Henry was not only very professional, he was meticulous with the installation. We're extremely happy with the look and quality of our new blinds
