Useless warranty. If you receive a bad installation like I did, you are stuck. I spent $7k for motorized blinds, they were installed wrong and you have to pay to correct their work. Shades damaged and frayed from their "leveling" done wrong. Motor dead in 7 months, not covered. If you are luck enough to get a proper installation, and have not factory defects, maybe you will be OK. If you will need a warranty, you will not get one.
