Rooms are clean. Nice staff checking in. No elevator so if you have someone in a wheelchair make sure you ask for 1st floor which the front desk was very accommodating with. It's a bit of a drive to MD Anderson.
The Front Desk Staff are Not Very Courteous or Professional. The Staff Member was very rude and was not willing to change my reservation from a Smoking Room to a Non Smoking room. His answer was whatever is available is it and that's it. He was not willing to change me out to a Non Smoking room nor make any effort too either. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
Raj & Omar were very friendly and professional. We had originally stayed at a different hotel but it had bugs and mold so we had to check out early. I let them know when we called. Raj got us a room immediately upon calling and let us see it before we paid to alleviate my concerns! (Wonderful service!!) Rooms and exterior were very clean, adorable retro decor mixed with modern. No bugs, no mold, have cameras and good lighting in the parking lot. They do have wheelchair accessible rooms and a wheelchair accessible shower as... read more
