The gentleman working @545pm today (4/24) is RUDE, disrespectful and totally stepped out of his boundaries. I reserved a room for 4 days, to be closer to work. I am a manager, overnight, and I sleep during the day. He proceeded to tell me I couldn't have different visitors, with different cars every hour or multiple visitors. We then began a dispute because I stated I didn't want room service in my room, when I'm not there. He didn't agree, forced me to agree to every other day room service. Even though I reserved a non-smoking king bed room, at the beginning they give me a smoking double bed room. It was dissapointing. After making the claim, the move me to a King Bed room, I found this was disability and smoking room, however it was fine because the odor was really not relevant. I suggest to follow the rules for the room the guest reserved, changing or trying to do it without guest consent is really dishonest and dissapointed.
