Pros: My hubby had a great deep tissue massage. The bed was relatively comfortable. Rhonda was super nice and helped as much as she could. Cons: We arrived after 5 on a Thursday evening. It was already dusk so there wasn't a lot of light. We were emailed instructions on how to get in and where our key was. When we opened the door to the hotel, it was too dark to really see much. I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were beautiful and we had the works bath steam barrel and message! I will most definitely be back.

They won't refund your money if you cancel within 7 days and they should tell you that when you make the reservation. I also suggest they consider making exceptions to that policy - for instance if you have an emergency, like a relative suddenly is dying in the hospital and you have to be there, and especially if they are notified 48 hours out and are able to fill the appointments and you agree to take a voucher for services that expires within a month. It's just basic decency and kindness really...just be good human beings.
