Very unique and relaxing experience. The staff did an amazing job accommodating our party of 6.
I stayed in suite one and it was absolutely beautiful! The drive there turned out to be extremely stressful but the stress was gone as soon as I walked in. It was so peaceful despite being g a decidedly not peaceful day in Eureka Springs. It's hard to make a hotel this age look truly clean but they definitely do a good job of it! Great historical hotel with a lot of character. It was an active brothel until the 1940's. The original bath house is really cool. You steam in the original wooden steam barrels and then soak in an antique claw foot tub with minerals. Loved it!!
Never again. We booked a steam and bath. Ariel wasn’t friendly at all. The steam I was too short for they kept putting towels under me but it didn’t help and it felt like I was being choked. I then decided to not do it and did the bath but it was dirty. I told Ariel all this and nothing was offered. Ariel argued the baths are always clean and dismissed me said it was probably the salt in the bath. There was nothing in my bath at all.
