We're visiting from Florida big fans of Southern Charmwe had to check out Shep's Bar we had the pork and pineapple tacos absolutely amazing. It's a little sketchy getting there but once we were there it was Awesome .😘
I was visiting from Michigan and was excited to check out the Palace Hotel- and it did not disappoint! We shared a grilled cheese (super yummy!) and nachos- which were delicious. Staff was friendly and the drink selection was great. I highly recommend checking it out if you like dive bars!
Amazing music selection, great drinks, and a super fun atmosphere.
One of the kitchen guys had NO PANTS on last night! 😮 He kept going back and forth into the alley... And when we left it got super creepy! Definitely not the experience I expected. Be aware of your surroundings for sure!

Based on what I googled before we went, maybe this place is different during the day but DO NOT go after dark! We stayed after dark and the vibe shifted immediately once the sun went down! I have never felt more unsafe in my entire life, even though I was with 5 other people. One of the staff members had no pants or underwear and approached us half naked.
