Products never delivered. No one answers the phone or responds to email communication.
EDIT: I sent an email to Palace Florists on <Mar 3, 2023, 3:14 PM subject: Honor Flight Wreath Request-4/18/23>.(and yes I have a copy of the sent email) I used the SAME email that we corresponded on last year for my previous wreath. But-the response on the phone seemed to indicate that it was irrelevant.Whomever I spoke with could have cared less. Came here for the first time last year and my whole family has fallen in love! We use them to help elevate any event to make it that much more special and colorful! Fantastic customer service, gorgeous flowers, could not recommend them enough!!! Came again today for my father’s 68th birthday and once more they nailed it!!!
