I have seen huge improvements in Palace since Lillian took over the property. She is always willing to help and always has a smile on her face.
Pros: - Property managers are very nice. - Cheap for the area. - Good storage space within apartments. Cons: - Poor insulation. - Old appliances. - Bad seals on doors/windows. Ants will get in.
This place is the worst, the whole place is not taken care of and it's infested with cockroache's and ants, worst of all is that the management people are useless, we asked to change our stove and they didn't even try, and also the management people are so rude, if you ask them something they will look at you with the worst face and reply like if they were forced to come, like you work here if you don't like it then leave, and 1 more thing, the front desk lady pat is such a useless women, she can't do anything right and is j... read more
