This is a wonderful place to live. The management is great with the residence. Repairs are done fast when needed. They are friendly to disabled people and veterans. My son has lived there for almost 9 years with no issues I'm very grateful to the property manager they have been amazing right from the beginning.. there's no property managers now and they have been just as wonderful as the previous property managers. Thank you for everything ☺️
My Biggest issue w these apartment's are tenant-Dog Owners. They're Filth. They take their dogs across the street and Do Not Cleanup their dog's droppings.. I Have Called and left messages cos they never answer the phone. I have a mind to pick EVERY DROPPING up and taking them to the pool.... 🤔

Nice manager, Sandy. Refreshing pool. Green ground cover on the lines of clovers. Beautiful. Well manicured, thin and very tall, palm trees. Colorful plants everywhere. Front and back door with covered parking. Laundry room available. I saved the best for last, UTILITIES INCLUDED!
