Can’t reach anyone and website no longer works. It would be nice to know if they went out of business so I can arrange to have my daughter’s replacement inserts made elsewhere.
We've been trying to reach PAL for weeks with no response. We have casted multiple patients who never received their inserts. If they went out of business or closed, there was no notification to the public on this.
Did they go out of business?
They’re whatever. I got some of these fitted and made for my feet after having surgery. They were around 400 bucks and I had to wait about a month and a half. Decent quality and well-made. Honestly, would I recommend them? Nah. Probably not. I just don’t really like them. Way too stiff. I don’t like the hard arches. Everyone’s feet are different so it could just be me, Or a matter of preference. I’m gonna pass on these though.
The custom orthotic is making my foot worse. This is after giving it 3+ months of daily use. Feel like the Podiatry practice just wanted a money grab from a patient in pain and used this firm for the best profit margins.
