I’ve been going to PAL since this past summer. I own a 12 year old Jeep so I’ve been back quite a few times. I’ve been super impressed not only with the work and the fair pricing but also with the service. Brad and Sue have been great to interact with. Brad has been super transparent about the work he’s done with my car and does everything he can to explain what went wrong and what he did to fix the issue.
