I mailed my son’s computer equipment through this company last June. It did not arrive in Okinawa Japan at his Naval base for three months and when it did the computer monitor was broken. I purchased $2000 worth of insurance with this company. I reached out to the company, provided images and all required information. First to bring to your attention I have worked at shipping items with many different carriers. USPS, DHL, UPS and several freight companies. Anyone shipping from a shipping center needs to understand that the shipping center is a second party. If you are adding any insurance to what you are shipping the carrier is responsible not the shipping center you shipped from.
