First, they have a very nice facility with a very warm, friendly, professional staff. They explained everything carefully and answered all my questions. Made me very comfortable as I waited. Dr. Pak was professional but also affable and easy to talk with. My procedure, an upper GI scope, went off with no problems and I was on my way home a half hour later. Dr Pak is an amazing doctor with great experience and exceptional care for his patients. He is very easy to talk to. He explains everything very well. His office manager, Rene is great. His office saff are also wonderful. They're all friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr Pak. Kat.
