Highly recommend! Second visit here. Staff is so incredibly friendly. They keep checking in during the appointment, give regular breaks where needed and incredibly caring and considerate of your needs. Would definitely recommend anyone here. I’ve had 2 regular check ups and my latest I had a filing which we done extremely well.
I have been putting off some much needed dental work as like most of us, I'm not fond of pain or dentists . Dr Rose has been excellent and for ongoing dental care I have found it to be a very friendly and personalised service, not to mention very little pain. I am no longer nervous about the visiting the dentist and my teeth are in better shape than they have been for years. Highly recommend !
My son had to get 2 baby teeth pulled out. Dr Rose and her assistant were so friendly and made us feel very comfortable. My son cried and struggled but both of them were so patient with him which I appreciated as I was also feeling very anxious about the procedure. Thank you to both of them!!
I had a great experience at Pakenham Shine Dental Group with my daughter today. The staff were friendly and professional, and they made her feel comfortable during the tooth extraction. Highly recommend!
Excellent service! Had my first molar pulled and it came out smoothly and painlessly. Very friendly dentist and staff. Highly recommend.
