The staff and dentist are all so lovely and caring. They know I get very nervous and terrified regarding any dental work and their kind and gentle approach when I come in is really thoughtful and makes the experience so much better for me. Can’t recommend them enough!

No one likes going to the dentist, least of all me! However, Pakenham Dental have always been a pleasure to deal with and have always listened and acknowledged my urge to run and leave. They do a great job, explain everything and the whole experience is as good as it gets 😀
Had an appointment yesterday to have a tooth removed. It was a difficult removal and not straight forward. The dentist I booked in with I had never seen so this was making me even more anxious then I already was. I was greeted y the most beautiful lady with the biggest smile which made me feel a little more at ease. Dr Shin Li Yim was so gentle and reassuring she explained everything bit by bit constantly asking me if I were ok.
