Dr Shayla is extremely patient and kind. Very clear explanations of procedures and is amazing at keeping anxious attendees calm as well as giving coping strategies and additional time if needed. Recommend to everyone.
When I called on Monday and explained my tooth pain I had an appointment the next day and provide solutions for pain management on the Monday. During the appointment I flagged I had a hard stop to leave clinic and the Dental team made every effort to ensure I was able to meet my appointment and cover my dental needs. Very friendly staff from the reception to the dental room. Highly recommended them

Pakenham Dental are great. From the super friendly receptionist to the assistant and especially Dr. Nick, I was given an appointment fast and Dr. Nick was very patient and explained everything that needed to be done for my root canal. He was clear with all my options and the best way forward. He was very gentle and always checking that I was ok. I live almost an hour away and I would rather travel to Pakenham Dental than go to my local dentist. I will definitely keep going back to Dr. Nick and his team.
