Our bathroom had flooded and ruined our master bedroom carpet. Communication from Hiren was fantastic in getting this issue resolved. Carpet was done within a couple of hours on the day with no issues from the team.
I was apprehensive to start the carpet replacement decisions but Brett from Carpet Court in Pakenham was amazing. Brett brought many samples, explained the differences and gave me great advice to help me decide. I received my quote promptly and Brett kept me informed on ETA for installation date. The installers Neil and Brad were also polite and professional, working efficiently and neatly cleaning up after each section was complete.
