They said they close at 6pm but closes at 5pm. Very inconveniencing. Never had issues before. Must be something new for 2026. Closing an hour early is unacceptable please change the time on your website and door to match these new expectations.
Just left here 10 minutes ago. Honestly such an embarrassing experience. The older guy made it very difficult for me to get my package. He made me repeat my name and address info multiple times aloud while saying my name was not on my package. I provided ID, but since my ID didn’t match my current address he refused to give it to me(understandable). The elderly lady with the grayish bob hairstyle isn’t friendly at all and her customer service ethics definitely need to be improved.
Dave Aithison LaBarrie was very rude. stay away if possible.
