Kudos to Naylette! I didn’t know she was the manager of the Trade Way location in Bonita Springs. She could have dismissed me and sent me home since my Amazon return was given a QR code which was not proper here. An actual label was needed. It was nearing closing time but Naylette went out of her way to get the label. Flew through my iPhone ( I’m old and very slow at my phone ) and waited while I got through to Amazon customer service.
