We had such a great experience here with Rachel! We are from out of town and needed some fragile family heirlooms shipped back home and she helped us through the whole process. Highly recommend coming here for your shipping needs! The customer service was amazing.
Had to ship a huge parcel back to Amazon. The box arrived ripped and in terrible shape. I scheduled a return, but UPS said that the box was so bad, they couldn't accept it. I had to take it to a UPS store and state that I needed a box. I went to Pak--n-Ship and the person came to my car and he helped me take everything inside. He re-packed everything and was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Amazon already processed the refund. GREAT STAFF...GREAT SERVICE!
I have been using the Pack-n-Ship on Bonita Beach road for more than 6 years. I have found the staff to be professional, efficient and friendly. One of my packages required me to print a label at home. I had not read those directions, so the staff member figured a way for them to print it for me. I know this went beyond normal service, and I want to commend them for helping me.
