Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had with a physicians office. I have to beg for a refill on my prescriptions every time I need one and good luck trying to get a hold of an actual person inside the office. I was just recently told there’s other doctors if you don’t like it. What kind of professional services is this? PAK medical group needs to get it together….
I have never had so much hassle trying to refill my prescriptions every month for my annual visit. They want me to come in to see the doctor/PA for my “annual check up” every three months it seems. The office staff is not helpful and has attitude problems. The pharmacy has to call almost every time I need a prescription refill.
Dr. was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had all my current info, so I didn’t have to answer info already on my chart. I’m filling this out for my blind husband, Roland Williams.
