From the person that answers your call to the last person you see when walk out the door are smiling, friendly, helpful and make you feel appreciated and comfortable. What I like the most about Dr. Pak is his approach that medication is a Last resort!! Went to get my blood drawn this morning 12/03/2025, Ally, the name of the person that drew my blood or at least was the name she gave me, was very rude. It is not my fault if she's the only person working today , that doesn't give her the right to mistreat patients. Very disappointed.
