I have been a patient at Pak Medical for several years, off and on. They have had fairly high turnover with staff. I saw Dr. Hu today and really liked him. He didn’t rush and was more thorough than my cardiologist. He is a DO, Internal Medicine ,Pharmacist and holds an MBA ! I feel very comfortable in his care.

This place is a joke. I had some issues with them getting referrals in a timely manor and when I called to speak with them about it they just blew me off so I told them to cancel my next appointment. As soon as I did the marked me inactive in the system and locked me out of the patient portal so I couldn’t get to the referrals they had already given to me. This place is extremely unprofessional BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
Just started going to this group and so far they are a joke. They can’t ever get referrals sent on time and when they do and call you to tell you it’s been sent and you can make an appointment you call and are told that no referrals have been sent. So now you have to sit on phone with rude phone people who tell you it’s been sent when you were just told by other dr it hasn’t. Big waste of time. I will be switching drs asap. Don’t waste your time.
