So deeply saddened by the loss of Dr. Stanhope. I saw Dr Hu several months ago hoping Dr. Stanhope would return. In one appointment he changed my BP meds and prescribed a statin. I didn’t fill either of them since I see a Cardio once a year.He trumps a “ pharmacist “ I have been on a medication for anxiety for over 30 years..Dr Stanhope and I cut the dose by half and were tapering off the medication. Update: July 8, 2026 Update: Three weeks ago, the owner responded to my review and asked me to email my information so my concerns could be reviewed. I sent all of the requested information on June 16 and never received a response. I followed up by sending it again on June 23, and I still have not heard back. I was hopeful that my billing concerns would be addressed, but after multiple attempts to communicate and no response, I no longer have confidence that this matter will be resolved. No double booking, seen promptly as scheduled. Professional staff, very productive visit with Dr. Westmoreland. She listens carefully, is energetic and enthusiastic when addressing my needs. Explains fully. A really good place to go.
The staff at Pak is excellent. Efficient and friendly. Listens to every Thing you say and questions you about it. Dr Hu is new to me but seems to really care and while it was my wellness visit he listened to me and was understanding and caring. I highly recommend Pak for your primary care.
