Waited in waiting area exactly “2” minutes. 2 minutes and Dr. F Gonzalez walked in. I’ve been with The Pak group for 7 yrs. Most professional staff and physicians. Love this team of professionals
I have been with PAK for 2-3 years and have had to see 4-6 different doctors/PAs. Everyone seems to quit. Today was the last straw with them, I cannot get my RXs refilled because another person left and they need to “see me” again! Just ridiculous! I am self pay and cannot keep paying an office visit for refills every time someone quits. They have a text number to communicate and don’t respond. Horrible!
Bianca & Shelbeigh are incredible. And these two ladies were remarkable. I would hire them in my company today. I hope you know how lucky you are to have Sterling employees such as Bianca and Shelbeigh. They recognized my veteran status, they recognized that I was not well-versed in doctor visits, and they had the patience and understanding and follow through all the while. There was a line of people waiting. They remained calm and took care of me. I will recommend pack medical group to anyone looking For medical assistance.... read more
