I really like Dr. Stanhope, but never get to see him. Alicia Neilson acts like she is annoyed to have to see me for an appointment. Not having Saturday hours and an on call nurse for after hours is inconvenient and is a lack of proper patient treatment. I don’t like the call center it makes this practice feel cold and uncaring. I found another doctor.
Please fix your phone lines. Every time I call, regardless of reception or location, all I hear is “sorry, please repeat, can’t hear you.
They are very friendly! My husband and I are new patients, we called and they gave us an appointment quickly. We went for our blood tests and regular check-up.
Doctors and office staff have been amazing! I've been here only 3 times and each has been a good experience despite the unfortunate reason I'm there. Doctors (Neurology) are knowledgeable and attentive to needs, and reception staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Really hate that when you call to make an appointment, you get a call center. The receptionists at this location should take that into consideration & change their attitudes. Don’t make people feel stupid when half your job is done for you.
