This place is definitely going downhill. Dr. Pak should be ashamed of what his practice has turned into. Call center personnel are very rude and condescending, And it’s like pulling teeth, trying to get a prescription refilled every time you need one. Innovacare should seriously reconsider having Pak Medical Group under their umbrella.
I wish zero stars was an option. This practice is a disaster. They have made some recent changes and they just cannot get it together. I have been trying to get my regular medication filled for OVER a week. The only way to speak to someone is through a call center and you rarely speak to the same person to follow up. The office staff themselves TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN THE AFTERNOON TO MAKE SURE THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. This is my first time contacting this place to schedule an office visit. I might say front desk. Don’t have any skills how to talk to new patients or even be considerate, super rude. Would not listen what I was trying to explain had my insurance to contact also and she did the same thing to my insurance. no thank you I would not scheduled at this location I feel for the providers at this location having a front desk like her is not going to help this business at all.
This place has went way down hill since doctor pak has left you call to make a appointment and they will you what time they have open and you tell them what time you want and that don't matter they will make your appointment for what time they want and then today someone name Kim called me and told me I needed to do my labs before my appointment which I had done 3 days ago so I guess they can't read a computer either then when I ask to speak to the office manager Kim acted like a 5 year old and said I'm going to disconnect t... read more
This place is really going downhill, providers are leaving, I went from Westmoreland to T. Hunt who advised me he was leaving so I scheduled a well person visit for med refills. I haven't been sick since then over 6 mos ago and I had all of my meds so I didn't need to return. I called my med ins and had my primary changed to another doctor at Pak.
