very nice people, friendly staff – this location has had about 4 owners in the past three years. the new owner is a very nice korean lady who is always very professional. i ship things often using my own account number but she is very willing to accept even though she's not making any money. they have good packing supplies too.

don't bother – I needed to mail an important package and couldn't afford to wait in line at the post office with my "terrible two" toddler...I paid more to go to pak mail but thought it would save me the headache of the long wait in line. When asked how long the package would take arrive (from Santee to Santa Barbara) he told me up to 4 weeks!
