VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! MY PACKAGES GOT THERE ON TIME AND 2 EVEN GOT TO THEIR DESTINATIONS A DAY EARLIER THAN EXPECTED! THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I WAS THERE THEY HELPED AN ELDERLY LADY BY GOING OUT & GETTING HER PACKAGES OUT OF HER VEHICLE WITHOUT EVEN BEING ASKED FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE! I ASSUMED THAT WAS SOMTHING THAT NO LONGER EXISTED IN OUR SOCIETY THESE DAYS! GLAD TO SAY I WAS INCORRECT!! AT LEAST PAK MAIL HAS IT COVERED!
