Pak Mail should have a zero rating. I needed to get some documents shredded today and could not find a company whose bins were not full. I ended up at Pak Mail and after I got the 6 grocery bags of documents, none of them full, inside I went back to my car to get my purse. When I came back in the bags were already being unloaded, weighed, and the documents being put in a nylon bag.
