We used this service to ship an antique leaded glass window. We paid for the service and the additional damage coverage. The window arrived damaged. We have had the item looked at by window professionals and it is irreparable. We have sent pictures of the damage and damaged packing to the store. FedEx has already paid the 100 dollar damage claim but the store hasn't remitted it to us nor have they paid our claim. Now they wont return our calls or emails.
