Scam artists – Louis, the owner, became my 'best friend' - they were the nominated shippers for our container from new orleans to Australia. They tacked on an extra $1400 to our already $7000 shipping fees. When I asked him what the extra charges were for, he replied that there were so many pieces of furniture that they had to 'wrap'.
