These guys are unprofessional and absurd. We had a bill overdue by 30 days and they sent it to a collection agency!! It was for just over $100. They couldn't have called us to get payment details? Yes, oversight on our part for missing the 1st bill but sending it that quickly to a collection agency - ridiculous.
