My gratitude for the efficiency, kindness, and professionalism Dawson exhibited. He was very knowledgeable, and took care of our problem promptly. My wife has severe C.O.P.D., so her breathing is difficult under normal condition, and her life at risk with a cold home due to a non-working furnace. Our home was 59 degrees when Dawson arrived, and recovering quite nicely now that he's gone. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend your fine company to anyone.
