I cannot express enough gratitude to Paitson Bros for coming out & diagnosing/fixing the issue with my mini splits. Eric was so nice, laidback & gave me sound advice going forward for my units. These guys showed up for me when literally no one else would come out and look at my units. Don’t waste your time with any other company, they will never compare to Paitson!!! #CustomerForLife!
Inexperienced tech showed up and spent most of his time on the phone with a “senior tech” who apparently has 30 years of experience — and still couldn’t diagnose the problem correctly. Between the two of them they wanted to charge me over $1,000 for a control board replacement without being able to prove that was actually the issue. When I asked the tech to verify his diagnosis he literally said “that’s what the guy on the phone said, I don’t know any way to check.” I had to force him to use a multimeter and even then he did... read more
