I called to request service at 8:00a and Eric was on site less than an hour later. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the AC problem and his solution did the trick. I was back in business in less than an hour. I was very satisfied and would happily recommend Paitsons.

Was very impressed with the company. I own a construction company and have used many HVAC companies over the 30 years I've been in business. They charged a trip charge and I thought I would be getting charge for the work done. They include that in the trip charge so I had to pay was for a little bit of Freon in the trip charge. Very happy with overall company. The technician was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of what he was doing. Top service by this company. I would highly recommend
