We had an estimate given for a generac generator. The salesman was very nice, informative, and professional. We will keep Paitson Bros. In mind for future business.
Matt arrived on time. I told him the problem with the generator. He promptly diagnosed the problem and solved the problem with a new battery. When the annual maintenance was done in August the technician told me at that time that I would be needing a new battery probably next year. Which I appreciated the "warning". Matt gave a detailed explanation to me and on the invoice. Very professional. I am also impressed that I called this morning and was able to get an appointment today. Thank you!
