A visit from Paitson's is like having one of their techs as a next door neighbor. They have taken care of everything for me for years and I will always remember the morning my son and I woke up to a freezing home on Christmas morning. One of their techs arrived quickly and saved the day. Great business, great people.

Heat pump compressor stopped running the night before, so I called Paitson. They were out here within an hour and transparent about everything during the diagnostics. Ended up being a bad capacitor. Had the part in the van, plugged it in, and they were on their way. Thanks Shayne for making the house comfortable again!
