The worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. I was one second late to punch in my code before my alarm went off and the representative that called me immediately proceeded to ask me for a code so i gave her my code which was wrong according to her, I asked her to give me one second in order for me to get the right code and right away she told me“You are wasting my time, i am going to dispatch the police”. pait security , are excellent friendly and very helpful, i used them for five years and very satisfied ,they installed alarm systems in several locations and most recently used their services to install 16 ch cams monitoring system, it has been working great for over four years ,
