Went in on a Saturday to get a last minute gift monogrammed for a birthday party the same day. I was worried that it might not be able to get finished, but after explaining to the owner, she told me that she could do it while I waited! I was so pleased with the quality of the item, and everyone at the party asked me where I got it done. Since then I have ordered a couple cute monogram necklaces and they have been a hit with all of my friends. Can't wait to come back! :)

This shop really knows how to price their items. And the quality is so much better than the bigger chains like Swoozies and Charming Charlie's. I have had multiple items done here for myself, for friends, and for my teenage daughter. The owner is willing and eager to help you in the personalization of either their items, or items you bring in. Not very impressed by the monogramming at Paisley's. I brought in a baby gift to have done, which was a very simple monogram of the baby's initials on a set of bloomers. I was told it would take a week. After a week and a half, I called and asked about the status of the monogram. I was told it would be a few more days. After waiting 2 weeks I was pretty frustrated and called again. The owner told me they were backed up with back-to-school items and it would be done soon.
