Lori is not only a talented stylist, she puts thought into the comfort and beauty of her salon and is someone who, despite meeting for the first time, makes you feel at home. To top it off, she listened and asked questions to understand what I was looking for in a cut. Despite choosing a totally new style and being a new client, she nailed it. Well done, Lori!
