I wasn't able to use their services the last time I tried to order because I unfortunately waited too late. However I have used them in the past and they have always been wonderful.
Ordered flowers thru their online website for a delivery to a residence. Rec'd email stating flowers had been delivered. Recipient never got flowers. Called shop and was told that flowers had been delivered to a funeral home. Asked for refund. Was told that owner would call me back in afternoon. Never rec'd phone call. Only way I was able to get my money back was to dispute charge.
