Rude Service – First of all, the pizza reviews for this place are under par. It must be the drunks at 2am stopping by after Pier Ave bars writing these fabulous reviews. Secondly, I have never encountered rude service in Hermosa Beach until eating at Paisanos. It's a shame that such an awful establishment sits in the middle of this fabulous beach city. Beware of the food and service before you go here!

FOUND PUBIC HAIR IN PAISANO'S PIZZA!!!!!!!!! – Rude Delivery Guy - stole our change! Unacceptable Service Undercooked and unsanitary! Usually I do not take the time to write reviews but this particular incident cannot go unnoticed! We ordered a cheese pizza by delivery which was severely undercooked by the time it arrived (a 30 minute wait after we were promised 15 minutes). some of the best pizza in LA – Being from NY, i miss my NY Pizza. this is as close as it gets. The prices for everything is great and if you just want some cheap italian, it is great. The chicken parm is awesome. The dinner salad is great. The owner is cool and the waitress is cool. One of the waiters has attitude but no place is perfect.

Never order delivery. – These people were horrible. I sat on hold for 15 minutes, got fed up and called back just to wait on hold for another 5. I was told 30-45 minutes for my food to arrive, called after an hour and half and was told five minutes. It is now 2 and a half hours since i ordered and I am still waiting for my no doubt cold pasta.

Not New York Style Pizza – I am confused about the previous reviews. I am from the east coast and love New York style pizza. I would definitely not recommend this pizza! It was not thin crust as described, it was very thick and soggy. I also ordered their chicken wings and they were very dry and didn't taste very fresh. My husband describes it as chicken jerky. I would usually give restaurants a second chance, just in case they're having an off day, but I can't even do that for this pizzeria.

When the moon hits your eye.... – ...Like A Paisano's pizza pie...it's amore.... Yeah the pizza is awesome and the restaurant is very conveniently located. Parking sucks if you're only looking to eat and split, but if you'r ealready there, definitely give it a shot! I really enjoy the White Pizza and The Baked Ziti Pizza is good too. Their salads are fresh and crispy, and the atmosphere is very umm.... California-quick cool, and (usually) friendly.

REAL NEW YORK PIZZA – i moved here from new york 9 months ago and was having the hardest time finding a pizza place that was true to the name "new york style pizza". this place backs up that claim! it is the best pizza i have tasted since i have been here. i would not be surprised if the dough was imported from the east coast.
