I watched 3 orders come back and get refunded in the 15 minutes I was waiting for my sandwich. Mine came out disgusting and I immediately got a refund and left. It’s like no one there had ever made food there before.
I am so sorry to have to write this review. This was "the place for pizza in Frederick". Disappointed is an understatement. The pizza had absolutely no flavor, no cheese, was dried out & the chicken on top was hard. The boneless buffalo wings were okay. I called to complain and learned there's new management. They are tarnishing the brand. I really hope this improves. Maybe consult with the previous team. This is so so sad.
FOOD WAS DISGUSTINGLY NASTY! SLOPPY WET SUBS, NO FLAVOR, SOGGY BREAD! PIZZA WAS OVER COOKED AND DRY! I DONT KNOW WHY I DECIDED TO THROW MY MONEY AWAY SMH $50 CASH STRAIGHT TO THE TRASHCAN!
I usually come about once a week but today I came in around 6:30-7pm and the new owner whom I have met (Sam) was yelling at a young man in the back and it astonished me how they treated their employees because this seems to have happened before
