Three times in a row they messed up my order. The first time, it's whatever. The second time I asked to speak with a manager and he was so nice to give me an apology "we will do better next time". Wow, thanks..... You messed up my dinner twice and you're not gonna do anything about it? How kind of you. The third time, I call back, manager is so nice to give me a $5 towards my next purchase..... You gave me a $5 dollar off coupon of a $20 order that anyone and everyone can get.
