My first time dining at Paisano's. The food and the service were excellent! My complements to the chef and to my server!
Delicious. I try a new dish Everytime we visit, and is always so delicious. Try the Creamy Italian dressing on your salad also, you will not be disappointed..very good. Great Service, Great Food! Thank you Paisano's for a great experience!
The server was aggressive and the bread had mold on top even though it was "baked fresh today." I love the Chicken Piccata but overall, this restaurant is not amazing.
This restaurant was amazing. The staff was courteous and and attentive. The food was out of this world and better than any Italian restaurant I have been to.

In my opinion this is the best Italian food in Lexington! Their spaghetti sauces are to die for! Reasonably priced...friendly atmosphere. Good vegetarian choices too! One of Lexington's best kept secrets! Highly recommended!!!
