Apartment is on the smaller side. Appliances all work great and if anything breaks, it's fixed right away with no worry about cost to the tenant. Very friendly property management that tries their best to resolve any issues the tenant may have. Biggest issue is definitely the parking, though. The parking spaces are very small, which leads to cars bumping into each other and causing frequent scratches. If you park in this lot, expect your car to get at least a few scratches.

Please whatever you do do not move here. I have lived in multiple apartments and this is by far the worst one I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First of all as others have said if you pay for parking expect for your car to be scratched and dented almost immediately. Residents will also let people into the lot so you will lose your spot, Jennings will do nothing about this but send out an email a week saying “please don’t do this or we will tow you” and then proceed to never tow a car because they can’t be reac... read more

It’s a pretty decent place to live: Lofts, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. Had a dishwasher, which was nice. Includes gated parking, super close to campus (primarily student tenants), coin laundry on site. Clean/ easy move-in. Fairy reasonably priced, though there are better properties at this price range. However, this was the only place near campus that allowed for large dogs, which made it a very well-priced apartment for that. I believe they have since reduced the dog weights allowed.
