We had a great experience with Pair Plumbing! They were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently. It's hard to find honest, dependable contractors these days, and they definitely exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Pair Plumbing and will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!

When we first bought our place, we were lied to by Bill Pair. He was supposed to come out and do some work for us, but he never showed up, and he charged for work not completed. His wife did the same thing. She was supposed to send me some emails, and she never sent them. I talked to her twice twice. She ghosted me. I spoke to Bill Pair many times about coming out to our place and doing some work that he agreed to do and he never showed up, and he never responded to my call, then he ghosted me. Our grandparents’ septic tank filled up on Thanksgiving with a house full of people, and we needed help fast. We called Bill, and he came out on Thanksgiving Day to make sure our family was taken care of. He was polite, professional, and completely dedicated to resolving the issue. We truly appreciate his quick response and outstanding service—especially on a holiday. Highly recommend!
