Update: I did get a call after leaving this review and they were willing to work with me, so I am bumping it from a two star to a four star. That's all I wanted in the first place so l'm satisfied. However I’ve decided not to return. Therapists are great, receptionist not so much. I had missed two sessions in a little over a month's time due to illness (but called to let them know I couldn't make it) & was told I could make those up. Very welcoming experience. Staff ensures comfort of the patients while valuing professionalism.
The staff is very kind and caring. I feel comfortable asking them any questions I have and they take there time to actually address them and find what works best for me. I definitely feel like I am making progress and gaining strength. The environment and energy in the building is always welcoming and friendly. I'm very glad I chose this location!
