HORRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! They didn't get all of the dirt off the car. They didn't even use spray cleaner inside. The door still had dirt on it. Their response was the buy the next upgrade up. When I got there I told them I didn't care about washing the outside. I wanted spray cleaner used and cleaned on the inside. I showed the guy what I wanted cleaned and he said the package I picked would get that cleaned. When I told them, all I got was attitude. They did a fast job, yes. But it sucked. DO NOT GO HERE. STAY AWAY!! Enter this wash at your own risk...I had used this business in the past with my older car but today, I made the mistake of allowing my brand new auto to be washed....after doing through the wash, the machinery that pulls your call through left 6 inch plus cuts into my new rims. After speaking with two 'managers'...I was told in a most unfriendly way to "take us to court....and get the hell off our property"!!!!! Had my car detailed there today. At first glance it was beautiful but later I saw that there was gunk on a metal part that was under passenger seat then I pulled out the cup-holders and there was a bit of gunk on the back of them. Not what I expected for $140 detail. I cut them a bit of slack cuz it was pretty rough when I brought it in but I cleaned the stuff they missed with an all-purpose wipe I happened to have in the car.
I would recommend this place to everyone.This place takes great pride in the work that they do and they take great care of there customers.i will use there services until the day that i die thats how much i love this place...
