Better customer service. Management is very rude! Better paint, products and people working there. My car got fixed and the same day paint was chipping off already. I would not recommend at all!!

They do a GREAT job in repairs. Vehicles come out like if nothing ever happened to them. Keep up the great job. Janie, the Manager, very courteous and professional. Justin did an excellent job with his customer service he provided for me. Always kept me informed with the process and status of my vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
People don’t know what goes behind scenes when their vehicles are being repair, this place don’t always do as insurance tells them to do or fight for the best for their customers vehicles, workers come and go left to right from this place, greedy owner make them over work when it’s easier to buy a part from the dealership instead of having the damage one or repair throwing a bunch of refill, so much from their quality work when it comes to high end dealerships such as the San Juan dealerships, owners always go back to the de... read more

So this year on Nov 18 was my first MVA ever. Not knowing what to do my uncle recommended this place. Going in blindly I felt very welcomed. They helped me file my claim. They kept me updated EVERY step of the way! Impeccable service. The estimated time was on point. Would not recommend getting a car wash. I was quoted $50 for a wash. I was told my truck was ready 4 Hrs later but, it wasn’t. My truck had water stains on the body and chrome areas, after I was told it would get a light wax. My windows had water streaks, my rims and wheel wells were dirty. I advised management and I was asked to wait for the issues to be fixed. Even after the issues were fixed, it did not look like a $50 car wash. I’ve had better experiences with $20 washes.
