called to ask a quick question before ordering. the guy on the phone was super rude. He literally said "did you even listen to the automation? You didn't listen, did you?" There was no automation- it just rung and then he answered. I was so stunned by how bluntly rude this was, I hung up without asking my question. Called back again to hear "the automation" I can confirm there isn't one.
