When I started to look for therapy and knew I needed someone good. Someone who could understand the child in me and help her heal. The Universe sent me Dr.Painton. I did my research on her and just a strong pull. For 3 years she listened to me and to the words I was saying. She understood the things I was saying. She made the little girl in me shine and heal. You can't get 100% over chronic ptsd, but I was heard and that's what mattered to me. Read her book as well! She's a brilliant woman.
Although I don’t live in Eugene, I’ve seen Dr. Painton many times, I’ve known her for years. She is one of the most caring and most thoughtful person I know. I highly recommend her for anyone who would like to see a therapist. She has helped me a lot throughout the years and I can’t thank her enough. Overall she is a very kind person and she is great for all ages.
