I made a mistake and booked the wrong store location. Do I expect a refund, no. As it states during the final purchase. "NO REFUNDS".... However. You are able to reschedule. Which is what I tried calling this location on agora parkway. Multiple times. It always says for faster response "sent text" - which I did that as well. So this point I've called multiple times, left voice mails, sent texts. I even drove by the store when the open up at 12pm and doors were locked and lights were off during opening hours. We had sooooo much fun with Luis and Skylar! They were sooo helpful and patient. I can’t tell you how many times I wanted to throw in the flag with my painting but TRUST that those instructors give the best lessons cause it turned out soo much better than expected. Recommend this location.
Such a great experience. The instructor was very helpful and took her time to help when it was needed. The environment was clean and the atmosphere was delightful. I am glad I took my wife here for her birthday. We now have a beautiful picture we can hang on the wall.
Gerardo is the best! I highly recommend taking any class he's teaching.
