Apparently you have to reserve ONLINE FIRST in order to gain entry. Does NOT say this ANYWHERR on the website. I planned my entire day around this event just to be denied entry at the door.... If this is policy please include this on your website. I have photos to show you that it DOES NOT. And to be so rudely pushed out the door is unacceptable.
