I assisted this business through a very successful Nadcap certification project several years ago and was ripped off by the owner at that time for extra time that I provided after the Plant Manager suffered a major heart attack. She stiffed me for several thousands of dollars because my extra time "was not part of my original quote and her agreement."
I have worked with PTI for some years now as a Consultant. I find them to be friendly and professional. I would give the the highest of recommendations.
