I got 5 bids (all with the same upgraded paint) ranging from $5K to $9K so do your homework - you'll find that Painting Plus will be extremely competitive. Vladimir's crew of 4 had us done in two (long) days - 2,200 sq. ft. ranch, and they were very respectful of our property and very detail-oriented. You won't regret going with Painting Plus!
We have used Painting Plus of Boulder for all the exterior wood staining for our deck rails, soffits, garage door and architectural accents on our three story home. Painting Plus is painting the outsides of all of the homes in our development. I had the privilege of being one of the first homes to be painted. The supervisor and crews were extremely easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and did a great job. The crew was working with unpredictable winds, but were careful to only paint when they were acceptable. My home looks like new now!
Painting Plus just painted my patio home for the HOA and will be doing my whole community. They did a SPECTACULAR JOB. Caleb and Ayden are onsite making sure the crew and everything is going well. They’re delightful and fun and AVAILABLE! Jesus the lead contractor/supervisor also deserves a HUGE shout out! He is absolutely delightful to have working on your home and instructing the crews! The company was quick to bring out an appraiser and submit a very competitive quote. The project lead, Dani, was very communicative, professional, and friendly. The crew worked hard and did an excellent job. Our house looks great!
