Our 5 story condo building just had the common halls painted. We have never seen the amount of prep work that Painters Inc did before painting. If they didn't like the outcome they redid it. They were meticulous. The large crew protected the carpet and cleaned up at the end of every day. They were courteous to the residents. The foreman checked in every day and corrected any problems.
