I spoke with Eugene he came out gave me an estimate. The price was very reasonable. I got the contract by email. They did the work in May weather permitting. He said it would take 3 days. It was done in 3 days! Beautiful work my home shines like a diamond! The older wood was scraped and primed painted. They used a product that holds the paint extremely well. Love the work they did! Our 5 story condo building just had the common halls painted. We have never seen the amount of prep work that Painters Inc did before painting. If they didn't like the outcome they redid it. They were meticulous. The large crew protected the carpet and cleaned up at the end of every day. They were courteous to the residents. The foreman checked in every day and corrected any problems.
